Product Description
The Honeywell NOTIFIER FCM-1 Control Module is an intelligent addressable module designed to control notification appliance circuits in compatible NOTIFIER fire alarm systems. It supports up to 159 addresses on FlashScan® SLC loops and up to 99 addresses on CLIP loops. The module supervises connected circuits and reports their status to the fire alarm control panel, including normal, open, and short conditions. When activated by the panel, it switches an external power supply to the connected notification devices while maintaining isolation from the communication loop.
The FCM-1 supports Class B (Style Y) and Class A (Style Z) notification appliance circuit configurations. It is suitable for applications involving compatible audible and visual notification appliances and speakers. Features include rotary address switches, SEMS screw terminals, a panel-controlled status LED, low standby current, and high noise immunity. The module mounts in a standard 4-inch square electrical box and provides reliable control and monitoring for intelligent NOTIFIER fire alarm systems.
