3M 7093C Hydrogen Fluoride Cartridge/Nuisance Vapor & Gas protection/Filter P100

The 3M 7093 Series Particulate Filters are engineered for high-performance protection in challenging environments such as high-heat and moisture-prone areas. Featuring a durable, plastic-encased swept-back design, these P100 filters offer 99.97% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols, including oil-based particulates. Their solid-top air inlet helps reduce premature filter loading by directing airflow through a channeled path, enhancing filter life. Additionally, the unique spring-loaded filter cover allows for quick and easy negative pressure user seal checks, simply press the filter covers to test the respirator’s fit before use.

NIOSH approved as P100 filters, the 7093 Series is compatible with a wide range of 3M half and full facepiece reusable respirators. They are designed to help protect against a broad spectrum of oil and non-oil based airborne particulates, including hazardous substances like lead, asbestos, cadmium, and arsenic. When properly fitted, they provide respiratory protection up to 10 times the OSHA PEL with half facepieces, and up to 50 times with quantitatively fit-tested full facepieces. Select models also offer nuisance-level relief from organic vapors or acid gases, though they are not intended for use in IDLH environments or areas with high levels of organic vapors or acid gases (with limited exceptions, such as hydrogen fluoride).
